Milk Pasteurisers - Batch Pasteurisers

Milk pasteurisation is one of the possible heat treatments used to kill off the entire population of disease-producing bacteria and greatly reduce the total number of micro organisms. The Packo batch pasteuriser is especially developed for the processing of smaller quantities of dairy products.

 

The batch pasteuriser is multifunctional, compact and uses simple technology. The same equipment can be used for the pasteurising of milk as for the production of hard and soft cheese production.

Constructed in food grade stainless steel AISI304
Control box – simple to operate finger touch menu control, automatic heating and cooling functions, can record all pasteurisations.
Insulated Jacket – facilitates heating and cooling by means of closed water circuit under low pressure.
Insulated with rock wool (endures high temperatures).
Agitator – ensures consistent mixing, reinforced agitator optional.
Agitator Blades – standard milk or special cutting blade.
