'Dolphin' Control Panel - Cooling, Agitation, Wash System
Created to guarantee optimal milk quality with safety and traceability incorporated. The control unit is equipped with large, graphic LCD screen that allows you to simultaneously check the current temperature and the functions carried out by the cooling tank at any given moment. The finger touch controls are very simple to operate as the menus lead you through the various functions step by step.
When in cooling mode the large graphic LCD screen shows present temperature and the set cut out temperature. In agitation mode the screen shows the time remaining and the set time selected. In washing mode the screen shows the cycle in operation and the time remaining in that operation.
In case of an irregularity the Dolphin activates an alarm signal and an indicator lamp lights up. As an option an alarm message can be sent via SMS.
Logging of data
The last 50 cooling files can be seen showing start and finish times, temperature etc. The last 5 wash cycles can be looked at checking wash time, temperature and status at the end of the cycle. The last 10 malfunctions can be accessed.
Packo RotoJet
The Packo automatic cleaning system has a 'Rotojet' spray system located in the centre of the tank which is incorporated in the agitator shaft (pictured bottom). This generates powerful jets of cleaning water over the whole internal surface of the milk tank. The jets are driven by a powerful wash pump.
In larger sized tanks an additional 'rotojet' spray system is incorporated in an additional agitator shaft to ensure that all internal surfaces are effectively cleaned at the same pressure.
Water Usage
The exact amount of water is calibrated into the tank for each wash cycle thereby ensuring no wastage of hot or cold water and chemical.
The system also includes a unique sediment removal system, removing any sediment remaining at the end of each wash cycle.
Chemical Usage
Tthe quantity of each chemical can be set.
